What is the Auto Power frunk Function
Auto Power Frunk is a special system which designed for Tesla Model 3, Y, S,X. After you install an Auto power frunk, you no longer need to close your frunk with your hands (it will damage the frunk, meanwhile if it is raining or slow, it is not comfortable to open your frunk). SATONIC Warrenty Policy is base on correct installation and correct operation, we do not make direct warranty if customer open motor, struts or control box and upgrade it thier own, or the power frunk which is not SATONIC
1.Any claim that items are missing or have been stolen in transit ,SATONIC will make money refund for stolen or send replacement for missing parts asap, regardless of the circumstances. But if the buyer offered the wrong address which makes delivery fail or the Customers do not offer information to the local custom when they request information, all those reasons caused the parcel returned back, SATONIC will not make a monetary refund, because the shipping company will charge 2-3 times on shipping cost and also we need to pay tax too.
2.SATONIC offer 1 year warrenty parts replace. once customers recieve the power frunk and make installation, if the parts, such as control box ,struts, cables damaged, SATONIC will send parts free to replace , customer just pay the shipping cost. If Over 1 year. SATONIC will charge on parts in a discount price .

Customer Reviews
Delivered in a nice protected case, components look and feel like quality, the instructions are bad however, it said mount hood brackets in mod A and if it does not work mount then do it in mod B. Well my 2024 Model 3 was mod B so had to resecure the hood with a paint roller handle and remove the brackets one more time and reassemble basically installing twice, why not say Model 3 year such install brackets in Mod A or B so you don't have to do the job twice? Also the instruction say to put the control unit exactly where the tub brackets go through the vehicle frame in my model year again another thing I had to move and resecure, but in the end you get a frunk that sounds and opens like it was oem. Don't forget to use a marker around your locking mecanism as your frunk won't close until that bracket is precisely back in that exact location, I had to push it into that location with a screw driver while racheting the bolts with the other. There are many electrical wire connectors but not one word on that in the instructions. I was left with one (B2) with nothing connected to it I was scratching my head for 2-3 minutes until I remembered it comes with a small speaker that sounds ok. I wish it beeped while the hood moved but no, only before movement and after. One last thing, because I had to remove the brackets I removed the fuse so that it would not actuate by error, well when I replaced the fuse I heard power being supplied in several short burst until it finally seated in the fuse holder, and of course the controller now thought it was in the closed position so that everytime I pressed to close it tried opening, well my control box was installed as per instructions (button towards windshield) and could not see the button to reset, had to cut the tie straps to access the reset which can be push with silicon button in place, which I learned after removing said silicon sleave to finally realised its textured in a form of a button at the very end where your supposed to push.
I installed these on two of my Model 3's. Had a difficult time with the latch mechanism as the instructions seem to be for a newer model as both of mine are 2019's. Once I reviewed YouTube videos for installation for similar product installation, I was able to complete. You can open from the car display but can only close using the phone app or button inside the frunk, which is Ok as usually place items in and touch the button. The harnesses all connect up well. Only wish they had made them all longer so that wire management and placement would be better. If I ever have to access the radiator now I will have to disconnect frunk opener as it is now in the way due to short harness wires. If Satonic sold harness extensions I would buy them. Overall, works well and am satisfied with my two purchases.
The color instructions were missing so I watched YouTube videos to install, a bit challenging with out that but a nice product. It won’t close with the Tesla app, so beware

For Express delivery, such as DHL, FedEx, UPS, TNT, Special express line. Please kindly make sure to be contacted with when your order's parcel arrive. For the reasons 1) the express company can not contact you, 2) you delay to offer any documents are needed.
